Katie qualified as a Solicitor in April 2023, prior to which Katie worked for Peninsula UK gaining more than 5 years’ experience in the legal sector, specialising in employment law.
Katie has refined her skills during that time and has a track record of providing legally sound and commercially focused advice.

During her time with Peninsula UK, Katie advised on an array of employment matters from corporate TUPE transfers to discrimination in the workplace. Katie worked in Litigation for over 3 years and managed a caseload of short, standard and open track litigated matters.
Katie deals with all aspects of contentious and non-contentious UK employment law and practice. This ranges from drafting settlement agreements, providing day to day employee relations advice and handling employment tribunal claim, including advocacy on both in-person and remote hearings.
Katie has continued with her passion for employment law but has also expanded her practice into a wider array of matters such as reviewing commercial contracts and advising on civil matters, such as defamation.
Katie’s determination is driven by her on her focus on ensuring the best possible outcome is achieved and putting the client first.
Outside of work Katie enjoys travelling and experiencing new cultures. Week to week, Katie likes to go to the gym and go for regular meals out with friends.
